It stands to reason: I first put down roots in very cold places, I love to hibernate, and cozy is my favorite adjective in the English language. But this season's frigid temperatures would test even the most stalwart among us. Not to mention the challenge of keeping kids occupied indoors, and safe outdoors. For folks facing the winter blues, Elizabeth Kelsey, a writer and clinical mental health counselor, shares tips on "How to Survive Winter."
