Another week, another round of men accused of sexual harassment, abuse and inappropriate behavior towards women. From the allegations against distinguished journalists Mark Halperin and Leon Wieseltier to those against a former president, the claims show no sign of slowing down.

When I was 25, a co-worker told me, "your breasts look really good today." Never mind that I was married or that he had a girlfriend or that it was completely out of line. Something told him it was OK to say that to me. And something, perhaps me being ashamed that he felt entitled to say that to me, made me not report him. Now I know better.

The more we speak up, the more we shout #MeToo, the closer we are to ending this outrageous behavior.
