I’m old enough to remember rotary phones, so it constantly amazes me what today’s devices can accomplish. In fact, smartphones can do so much that digital natives like my sons rarely use them to actually talk to people. Or rather, they do talk, but it’s with their thumbs and not their mouths. It’s hard to remember a time when we didn’t turn to our phones to remember who sang that song that’s on the radio, or to find a good restaurant when we’re in an unfamiliar place. Today’s edition features a roundup of helpful apps to add to your repertoire. Some are particularly targeted to older adults, but not all. Who doesn’t need a little help remembering where you parked your car in the parking lot?
Happy Holidays, everyone!!
Best wishes,
Elizabeth
