The Department of Justice announced that Special Counsel Robert Mueller will address the public about his 448-page report into allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 election on Wednesday.
This is the first time Mueller has publicly spoken since Attorney General William Barr released a redacted version of the report on April 18.
