  1. I have been through this kind of pressure, slavery and mental trauma when I worked as Customer Support in Accenture BPO, Vikhroli Mumbai in mid 2000 for Bellsouth Yahoo then and currently AT&T Internet Services. Life was hell. Accenture has thousands of policies even for the same fault. Lets say you send a joke to your friends over email which is not allowed to do, then Accenture will apply 10s of its policies on you for not being compliant. The work was so stressful that we had 2 people turn murderers there which was quickly hushed by everyone. Search for dattatray killed bushan, both worked at Accenture and there was one more fellow who killed his girlfriend although it was few months after he left Accenture. Worktime breaks were two of 15mins and one of 30mins of 10hours and the name was flashed on the board if anyone was even a second late back from a break. There was too much pressure to perform and seniors forced us to commit fraud and transfer cases to get better scores and when we refused to do it we were ostracised. We got paid extra for overtime but no one wished to work because of the stressful work, even those who lived nextdoor. I am just so glad to be out of the rut.
