A common cryptocurrency mistake to avoid

August 24, 2021 We got a good soaking over the weekend as Tropical Storm Henri moved up the East Coast. My younger son absorbed the coverage of the storm and said, "good thing we don't have a basement, because it would've been flooded." When we consider relocating from our apartment to a house, we try to envision what the area will look like in future decades. Some coastal properties near us are lovely and relatively affordable, but will they continue to be habitable as the weather becomes more extreme? And if so, at what cost? Changes are coming to flood insurance soon: FEMA says more than three-quarters of homeowners with policies under the National Flood Insurance Program are likely to pay more for that coverage in the coming months.
