We’re heading into the holidays. Is it the most wonderful time of the year? To me, yes: I love celebrating any (and every) occasion, overeating, and spending time with more members of my family. But family time can be complicated, and for many people, the run-up to the holidays is a harbinger of stress. TIME recently published several resources to help:

How to set boundaries with relatives
How to navigate your family text chain
How to spot the signs of family codependency
How to reconcile with estranged family members

Hopefully, you won’t travel into rocky territory. But if you do, feel free to write to me about it, at andrea@time.com.

To U.S. readers: I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. To all readers: I’m thankful for you.

Best,
Andrea
