Imagine going on a first (or third) date—and discovering that the person across from you, who had seemed so promising, has some terrible habit that makes you shudder to your core. Cue instant repulsion, or what’s called “the ick.” Though you may want to bolt, psychologists say it shouldn't always be a deal-breaker.
