Why experts are worried about bird flu in cows

Unsettling news arrived yesterday, when we learned that fragments of the bird-flu virus are present in at least 20% of milk samples in the U.S., according to the Food and Drug Administration. Does that mean it's time to temporarily stop drinking milk? I spoke with several flu and veterinary experts about what people should know during this uncertain time.
