I could have easily gone my whole life without trying cottage cheese. But recently, as I tried to increase my protein intake, I realized there might be more to it than that lumpy texture that had turned me off since childhood. I reached out to experts who explained what makes cottage cheese a nutritional powerhouse—and shared recipes so inventive, I became downright enthusiastic.
