How tracking your health metrics can help you live longer

You can collect a lot of information about your health with wearables, but how useful is all that data? Zahi Fayad, director of biomedical engineering and imaging at Mount Sinai, thinks it could be crucial for helping people live healthier and ultimately longer lives.
I talked to Fayad about how staying on top of certain health measurements could enable them to stop some of the chronic diseases of aging before they take hold.
