Walking a little each day can slow down Alzheimer's disease

Doctors keep telling us that exercise is good for our health, but now there's convincing evidence that being physically active can slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease.
The effect is especially powerful in people who aren't physically active but are at higher risk of developing Alzheimer's—and starting with even a few steps a day may slow cognitive decline.
