In the beginning, there was whole milk. Then came skim and soy and almond and oat, each purportedly healthier than the last.
If the Trump Administration has its way, though, America may be making a full circle back to whole milk once again. It's a position that surprises and agitates many nutrition researchers, who say that it ignores long-standing research about the dangers of saturated fat.
