Changing your diet and lifestyle may slow down Alzheimer's

New drugs for Alzheimer’s have been getting a lot of attention lately. But a new study shows that lifestyle changes—including a vegan diet, exercise, stress reduction, and social interaction—can slow the cognitive decline associated with the disease and may even improve some cognitive skills.
