Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., President Trump's pick to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is well known for his anti-vaccine views. For decades, he has spread what medical professionals consider misinformation and sowed fear about shots.
But a very different RFK Jr. appeared before the Senate confirmation hearing today.
During his introduction to the country, Kennedy tried to distance himself from those views and convince lawmakers that he will support vaccination if he is confirmed to lead the highly influential department.
