Puppy Kindergarten!

For years, my kids lobbied me to get a dog. Like many people, I considered it during the pandemic, but ultimately I felt I had my hands full with the current members of my household. That said, one does not need to have a dog to know how passionate pet parents are about their fur babies.

Curiosity caused me to read “The 5-Minute Game That Will Improve Your Relationship with Your Dog.” My colleague Jeff Kluger spoke to the directors of Duke University's Puppy Kindergarten—that’s a real thing!—about how you and your dog can strengthen your bond. I hope you’ll check out Jeff's article, too. In addition to being a fun read, there are some messages that can be extrapolated about people-parenting.
