How doctors treat aggressive prostate cancer like Joe Biden's

This week, former President Joe Biden announced he has aggressive prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. But despite how dire that may sound, experts I spoke to said that with prostate cancer, even aggressive disease can sometimes be controlled.
Treatments that starve the cancer of the hormones it needs to survive, combined with chemotherapy, have led to prolonged life for many.
